allodole . I hope you feel better sweetie!
„Gabriel!“
Castiel glared at his big brother, not sure what he should think about the fact that the archangel was wearing shorts and a Hawaiian shirt. It looked ridiculous.
“Hey little bro.”
Gabriel grinned at him, some colorful cocktail in his hand that looked a bit like it was poisonous. He raised his hand, grinning even wider as he snapped and Castiel found himself in an even uglier outfit. “Gabriel...”, he sighed. “What am I doing here?”
“You little bro are having a holiday. With me.”
Gabriel was still grinning, taking a sip from his cocktail as he watched Castiel frown, trying to make sense of the idea. Which was actually harder than it seemed, at least for Castiel.
“A holiday?”
With an exaggerated roll of his eyes Gabriel waved his hand, indicating that Castiel should take a look around, which he did. They were standing on an empty beach under big palm trees. The ocean was swooshing peacefully and even Castiel had to admit that the water looked nice. A few feet away there were hammocks, next to them a table with fruits, ice and more colorful drinks – not all of them looking as dangerous as the one Gabriel was holding. It actually looked like a nice place.
“A holiday?” he repeated his question non the less, looking at Gabriel like he was crazy. Okay, that Gabriel was crazy was out of the question.
“Oh come on bro, don't be so dense or I might actually reconsider.”, Gabriel grumbled glaring at Castiel who glared back. He needed to be in heaven, there was a war going on. He didn't have time for Gabriel's games.
But as he tried to leave he found that he couldn't.
“Gabriel... Let me go back” Castiel all but growled not amused with being held captive even if it was on a nice beach.
The archangel in front of him just snorted and shook his head. “Not happening Cas. You need a vacation from all this heavenly crap or you'll end up like Michael.” He sat down on the beach looking at Castiel as if he expected him to join him. “So you and I are gonna enjoy a little fun time at the beach. Heaven will be fine.”
Castiel wanted to protest again but the next thing he knew Gabriel snapped and suddenly he was dumped in the ocean. He landed in the shallow water, his clothes completely soaked.
He growled as he saw a laughing Gabriel double over, spilling his drink all over the sand because he couldn't pull himself together. For a moment Castiel just stared at his older brother, before deciding that Gabriel would pay for it.
Castiel was out of the water and right in Gabriel's space before the other angel even noticed him – he was far to concentrated on laughing his head off – he pulled him to his feet effortlessly. Gabriel was to surprised to react as Castiel lifted him up, carried him over and let him fall into the water.
Gabriel gaped a few moments before a big grin spread across his face. “It is on little brother. You will regret that.”, he growled playfully and suddenly Castiel found himself in the water with Gabriel.
They wrestled playfully, dipping each other into the warm ocean, splashing each other with water. As Gabriel launched a tickle attack on him and Castiel did his best to outrun his older brother he decided that maybe a holiday wasn't so bad after all.
